Shipping

Goods will be distributed within 4-7 Working Days after payment has been confirmed. Longer processing time when Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are involved.

Tracking

Tracking number will be advised via email for tracking purpose after your goods are being delivered. You may call 016-232 8273 to track your orders.

Tax

As directed by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Mika Premium Gift Shop will impose the mandatory SST rate of 6% on the Shipping Fee effective 1 March 2024, in accordance with the Budget 2024 speech released by the Malaysian Ministry of Finance on 13 October 2023.
