• Singapore delivery process lead-time is 8 working days (exclude Malaysia & Singapore Public Holidays). However, please allow a longer lead-time of 10 working days during festive and peak seasons.

You can request an e-Invoice through either:

• The order confirmation email, or
• Your account dashboard.

• LHDN e-Invoice requests must be made 3 days from the date of your purchase.
• Our system will not process any late e-Invoice requests.
• If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please log in to your account to request the e-Invoice from your account dashboard.

3. In the digital invoice, click the “Request” button or scan the QR code to access the request form.
4. Fill in your particulars and click “Submit”.
