BOLD.Pay, HitPay and Paypal will be our payment switching gateway that accepts payment via credit card & online banking transfers.
Why have I been charged with an extra USD 1 for my PayPal purchase?
The 1 USD charge is a temporary authorization by PayPal. To verify that the buyer’s credit card or debit card is in good standing, a temporary USD 1.00 charge might appear in buyer’s transaction history. The charge appears as ‘pending’ and is automatically removed after the full amount of the purchase is processed. It may take a few minutes or up to 30 days, depending on the card issuer, for the transaction to be removed and the USD 1.00 to be released to the buyer’s card. If the authorization charge remains on the buyer’s card after 30 days, we suggest the buyer contact the card issuer.
Why is my order on hold after payment through PayPal?
If your “Mika order is on hold” and you have made payment through PayPal, it is most likely that your payment through PayPal is pending for review before the payment is released to Mika. Once PayPal has reviewed and released your payment to us, your Mika order status will then change to “PROCESSING”. If, PayPal rejects or your payment has failed, your Mika order will then change to “FAILED”.
This part of Paypal’s security measures, they review certain payments more closely to minimise the potential risk for their platform and their customers.
Is there any extra charge if I make payment via Paypal/Credit card?
No, there is no service charge.
Do I get a receipt upon payment?
Yes. A purchase receipt will be emailed to you once the payment has been made.
What method do you use for shipping?
We have our own in-house delivery team to deliver your orders.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You will receive your order within 4 – 7 working days.
Do you ship overseas?
No. We only take orders within Peninsular Malaysia at the moment.

Delivery terms
General delivery terms
- We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses and international addresses. (For delivery areas, kindly refer to specific delivery terms of each product category below.)
- All purchases are processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. However, purchases made after 3pm each day will be considered next day purchase.
- Delivery process lead-time is 4 working days (exclude Public Holidays). Please allow a longer lead-time of 4-7 working days during festive and peak seasons. Please also expect longer lead-time during the flood season. We are doing our best to deliver in the safest manner.
- The delivery will be within the operational hours of the designated courier service company (not including Public Holidays). However, there is no estimated time of arrival.
- Please ensure that delivery details are correct to avoid any additional transport cost for redirection.
- Any complaints on late delivery or undelivered items due to no recipient at the point of delivery or incorrect addresses will not be entertained.

- Singapore delivery process lead-time is 8 working days (exclude Malaysia & Singapore Public Holidays). However, please allow a longer lead-time of 10 working days during festive and peak seasons.
- Delivery charges will be RM47.70 (includes RM2.70 6% SST) per item.

As directed by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Mika Premium Gift Shop will impose the mandatory SST rate of 6% on the Shipping Fee effective 1 March 2024, in accordance with the Budget 2024 speech released by the Malaysian Ministry of Finance on 13 October 2023.

To easily manage and track your orders, we strongly recommend registering an account on the MIKA online store before making a purchase.
You can request an e-Invoice through either:
- The order confirmation email, or
- Your account dashboard.
Important Notes
- LHDN e-Invoice requests must be made 3 days from the date of your purchase.
- Our system will not process any late e-Invoice requests.
- If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please log in to your account to request the e-Invoice from your account dashboard.
